#2. Alexa Bliss attempts to use an Alka Selza pill at Extreme Rules

Last night at Extreme Rules, Alexa Bliss appeared to use an Alka Selza pill after Lilly was destroyed in order to create the effect of her frothing from the mouth.

After The Twisted Goddess was thrown over the announce table, she was obviously handed the pill and then went on to react to the fact that Lilly had been ripped apart at the hands of Charlotte Flair.

The camera angle made it so that the WWE Universe could see the tablet in her mouth before it began working and despite her efforts, she wasn't able to make it happen.

Even before that, Bliss had used a capsule of some kind to create the black blood effect and often used them when she was working alongside The Fiend. This was the first time that Bliss has had one of the tablets backfire on her.
