Roman Reigns defended his Universal Championship against The Demon in the main event of last night's Extreme Rules event.
The Demon was able to take out all of The Bloodline and was heading towards a victory in the Extreme Rules match before a strange ending to the match allowed Reigns to deliver the spear to pick up the win.
Finn Balor climbed up to the top rope to deliver the Coup De Grace to Reigns, but it became clear that he was waiting for something when he didn't deliver the move after a few seconds.

The rope then snapped and The Demon fell, but it appears that the timing of the rope breaking was somewhat delayed, that's if the finish of the match itself wasn't actually a botch.
Under the red light, it was easy for many of these botches to be missed, but the ending of the match saw the lights come up so that the WWE Universe could witness the horror unfold.
