#5 Charlotte Flair (c) vs. Alexa Bliss for the RAW Women's Championship at WWE Extreme Rules
Charlotte Flair will be up against a demonic challenger at Extreme Rules 2021. The Queen won the RAW Women's Championship at SummerSlam 2021 by defeating Nikki A.S.H. and Rhea Ripley, getting one step closer to beating her father Ric Flair's record 16 world title victories.
On the RAW after SummerSlam, Flair's in-ring promo was interrupted by none other than Alexa Bliss, with her evil doll Lilly in her hands. From the looks of it, Flair will likely defend her title against Bliss at Extreme Rules.

Prediction: Alexa Bliss becomes the new RAW Women's Champion

Shinsuke Nakamura could defend his Intercontinental title at Extreme Rules against an old ally, Sami Zayn. Nakamura hasn't really been the center of attraction of SmackDown's mid-card, even after being the Intercontinental Champion.
Zayn picked up a victory over Dominik Mysterio on this week's episode of the Blue brand. While he currently has no major direction, that could change in the coming weeks with Zayn targeting Nakamura and the Intercontinental title. The two have had some amazing matches in the past and could repeat the same at the upcoming pay-per-view.
Prediction: Shinsuke Nakamura retains
