Extreme Rules Results: Bizarre finish to main event; Former Women's Champion returns

Becky Lynch (c) vs. Bianca Belair - SmackDown Women's Title match at Extreme Rules

Becky nearly took the KOD right off the bat before the champ went for the Disarmher at Extreme Rules. Belair hit a powerslam and a splash for a near fall before sending Becky out of the ring.

Belair hit a vertical suplex before Becky grabbed her by the ponytail and tried to pull her down. Bianca got a near fall off a spinebuster before hitting a huge fallaway slam.

Bianca went for the finish but Becky locked in the Disarmher. Bianca reached the ropes with her feet to break the hold before hitting a leg drop in the corner. Bianca blocked the Manhandle slam but was locked in the Disarmher once more.

Bianca was caught in the hold but still managed to lift Becky to the KOD position. However, Sasha Banks ran into the ring and attacked Bianca, ending the match in a DQ.

Result: D.N.F - Becky Lynch retained the SmackDown Women's Title

Becky tried to talk to Banks but she attacked her as well and took her out with the Backstabber as Extreme Rules went on.
