Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch are both SmackDown Live Superstars, which means that they shouldn't technically be challenging for the Raw Women's Championship. Over the past few months, the women on the Raw roster have been overlooked because the WrestleMania main event has meant that are the focus of the division instead of the likes of Mickie James, Natalya, Alicia Fox, and The Riott Squad.
