The Women's Tag Team Championships will be defended for the first time tonight

There was a time when WWE didn't have enough Championships to put on an effective "Night of Champions" show without having at least one "non-title match" but over the past few years the company has unveiled so many Championships that it's hard for all of them to be defended at the same event anymore.

This weekend will make history in traditional WWE fashion as Sasha Banks and Bayley defend their Women's Tag Team Championships against the team of Nia Jax and Tamina. The Women's Tag Team Championships were only unveiled last month at Elimination Chamber and Banks and Bayley are yet to defend the titles since they were victorious inside Satan's structure.

It will be interesting to see if Banks and Bayley are victorious in their first defense as Champions or if Nia Jax can become The Face Breaker once again.
