#3. AJ Styles vs Chris Jericho - WWE Fastlane 2016

AJ Styles had a warm welcome to the WWE from Chris Jericho

AJ Styles made his debut in WWE at the 2016 WWE Royal Rumble match. There he came in at #3 and lasted for a long time, before ultimately being eliminated.

The very next night on WWE RAW he defeated Chris Jericho. Jericho soon took out the newcomer in an episode of WWE SmackDown Live, where he picked up his own win.

AJ Styles then challenged Chris Jericho to a match at the next WWE PPV, WWE Fastlane.

There, in the match, Jericho tried to dominate Styles, but the Phenomenal One was able to get out of the Walls of Jericho, and then was able to survive the Codebreaker by getting to the ropes as well.

The match came to an end, when, after a Styles Clash, AJ Styles put Chris Jericho in a Calf Crusher forcing him to tap out.

The two would continue their feud until WrestleMania and beyond, but this marked Styles winning the Rubber Match in their feud at this stage.
