Bianca Belair and Sasha Banks have been able to remain on the same page throughout their time working together on SmackDown, whilst building towards this match at Fastlane.
There have been moments where the two women have made it clear that they are only working together for the championships. When they are on the same page, they have made a formidable team.
Despite the fact that the two women will be on opposite sides of the ring at WrestleMania, stranger things have happened in WWE than Belair and Banks walking out as Women's Tag Team Champions.

After all, Shawn Michaels and John Cena were Tag Team Champions when they faced off at WrestleMania. Michaels went on to cost the team the titles a day later on RAW.
Baszler and Jax are having a few issues remaining on the same page at present and The Boss and The EST of WWE could take advantage of that at Fastlane to become champions heading into WrestleMania.
