WWE finally responded to AEW

Survivor Series weekend has easily been the best wrestling weekend of the year and it's pushed both WWE and NXT to new heights. But it appears that WWE decided that they would take the chance to respond to AEW following the shots that have been fired by All Elite Wrestling over the past few weeks.

WWE hasn't responded to any of AEW's shots since the company were given a platform a few months ago, but decided that it was time to take advantage of the moment and fire a shot at the ending of Chris Jericho's World Championship match against Cody Rhodes at Full Gear.

MJF threw in the towel for Rhodes when the assault from Jericho became too much and Dominick attempted to do the same thing for Rey Mysterio was part of his WWE Championship match against Brock Lesnar.

Lesnar refused to accept the surrender and attacked Dominick instead whilst laughing at the gesture. This wasn't by chance and WWE on FOX made sure that the WWE Universe were aware that this was a shot at AEW when they took to Twitter to state "not in WWE."
