WWE fires Brad Maddox, Huge news on Wrestlemania 32

Brad Maddox has been let go by the WWE

- Brad Maddox has been an on-air character for the WWE, in an on & off capacity, since 2013 and off late has been teaming with Adam Rose, working an ‘emo’ gimmick. However, WWE announced the following yesterday:

WWE has come to terms on the release of WWE Superstar Brad Maddox as of Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2015. WWE wishes Maddox the best in all of his future endeavors.

In his last matches, Maddox lost to R-Truth in a dark match at Tuesday’s WWE TV tapings in Indianapolis and teamed with Rose to lose to The Usos on Main Event this past week.

As per reports, a promo that Maddox cut prior to a dark match at Tuesday’s WWE TV tapings, is what expedited his release from the company. Prior, to the match in which he lost to R-Truth, he picked on the NFL’s Indianapolis Colts before the match.

His usage of the term ‘cocky pricks’ in the promo is what seems to have set off the officials, who then decided to part ways with him.

- There haven’t been any talk going on, till a week ago, on Sting appearing at WWE’sWrestleMania 32 or a potential match against The Undertaker at the event. While it doesn’t mean that the ‘Icon’ wouldn’t be there at the event, the chances of the match between he & The Phenom seems unlikely.

What does seem likely though is a match between John Cena and The Undertaker, a thought which was discussed earnestly in August and then October of this year.

Also, the rumoured match between Triple H & Seth Rollins is said to have been just that, a rumour, as the match was never considered for Wrestlemania 32. The match is likely to happen sometime after Rollins returns from his injury.

There is no word on who ‘The Game’ will face at Wrestlemania 32, as his planned opponent The Rock is said to be unable to wrestle at the event, over an insurance issue with a movie he’s filming next year.

Though The Rock wouldn’t be wrestling at Wrestlemania 32, it is safe to assume that ‘The Brahmabull’ will be involved in some capacity at the event, like he was at this year’s event.
