WWE: Flops from Money in the Bank PPV

Randy Orton wins the Money in the Bank ladder match for the WWE championship

Randy Orton is probably the only competitor who was lacking direction coming into the Money in the Bank PPV. In the past couple of years, Orton hasn’t done anything significant, and when everyone expected someone like Daniel Bryan to win the bout, WWE creative went ahead with Orton. Unless Orton turns heel soon, I don’t see how this will help his chances in the WWE. As a face, Orton is monotonous and boring, and needs a change in his character and a good feud, not the Money in the Bank briefcase.
