Roman Reigns is a heel in everything but name by this point. He cuts promos like a heel and he gets the reaction reserved for the most hated villains in WWE history, week in and week out. The only thing he doesn’t really do is cheat during a match to win. But, why not pull the trigger on that?

With his current status, the company may as well take advantage of the reaction he seems to be pulling in every week on Monday Night Raw. They don’t need to make a full-blown heel turn, but rather something subtle like this can go a long way in helping with the storylines Roman is a part of.

If nothing else, it will at the very least break the monotony of the way Roman is booked these days.
