WWE Hall of Famer praises Asuka and Charlotte Flair following their match on RAW

This week's episode of Monday Night RAW featured a WrestleMania rematch in the form of Asuka vs Charlotte Flair. Just like their previous battles, the two elite athletes stole the show with their performances. Courtesy of some outside interference from Kairi Sane, Asuka was successful in spitting the green mist on The Queen which eased her way to win the match.

WWE Hall of Famer comments

Despite the controversial finish, one can't ignore how good the matchup was. WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle shares a similar opinion and he took to Twitter to praise the ladies for their impressive showing on RAW.

He also pointed out how the basics of pro-wrestling can play an important role in delivering instant classics.

Following this tweet, a fan asked Kurt Angle how he could label Charlotte Flair as a face owing to some of her recent comments and actions. The Hall of Famer responded by highlighting how The Empress of Tomorrow had to use questionable methods to overcome Flair.

Ummm. Who cheated to win? Asuka. So the baby face is Charlotte. Pretty simple isn’t it?

As evident from their clash on RAW, Charlotte Flair, and Asuka's rivalry is far from being over and it will be interesting to see how things play out in the coming weeks.
