#1 The Hurt Business vs. RETRIBUTION could be added to Hell in a Cell (Eight-man Tag Team Match)
The RETRIBUTION angle took a complete U-turn after Mustafa Ali was revealed to be the group's leader. This reveal was great, sparking a massive buzz among fans and a renewed sense of purpose for the former 205 Live star and the rest of RETRIBUTION. They could make their first pay-per-view appearance as a unit, at Hell in a Cell.
The Hurt Business has been at odds with RETRIBUTION recently, with them being the natural first pay-per-view opponents for the destructive faction. Bobby Lashley, MVP, Cedric Alexander, and Shelton Benjamin have never been more relevant in WWE, so this could be one of the biggest possible matches WWE could book for the Hell in a Cell undercard.

There may be bigger plans for RETRIBUTION on RAW following Hell in a Cell, which is why this feud may be wrapped up in the next couple of weeks. This could be the beginning of Ali's ascent to WWE glory, with T-BAR, Mace, and Slapjack providing the perfect support for him.
Mia Yim, as Reckoning, is also part of RETRIBUTION, so this could lead to MVP enlisting some female support for The Hurt Business. Naomi would be perfect in that role, even if her involvement is only a one-off. The feud between the two dominant groups has been pretty intriguing, to say the least.
A chaotic, violent, and all-action multi-person tag team match between RETRIBUTION and The Hurt Business would make Hell in a Cell even more memorable than it already might be. Hopefully, WWE tells a logical story with Mustafa Ali and RETRIBUTION going forward.
