Thus far, we have only seen vignettes of the new and improved (one hopes) Carmella but never seen her new Emmalina-ish avatar beyond those short clips. Could Carmella show up at WWE Hell in a Cell 2020 and challenge the winner of the Sasha Banks vs. Bayley match to make things very interesting?
It is likely that whoever loses at WWE Hell in a Cell 2020 will be left in a pulp, so it gives the woman some time to cool off before she returns for retribution and revenge.

The SmackDown Women's Championship picture could do with a revamp, after being dominated with Sasha Banks and Bayley for so long now, and Carmella, who has a history with Bayley, could be ideal for the role.
In a lot of ways, it would be similar to a debut more than a return, because it's a fresh new character. If Carmella shows up, it would certainly be a talking point from WWE Hell in a Cell 2020.
