Nikki Cross should technically have been part of the RAW Women's Title match this weekend at Hell in a Cell. The former Women's Tag Team Champion has been embroiled in the feud between Rhea Ripley and Charlotte Flair and has picked up victories over both women.
Whilst Cross hasn't been able to pin either woman in singles matches, she has won beat-the-clock matches against both The Queen and The Nightmare and was able to defeat Charlotte Flair this past week on RAW via count-out.

It's unclear why this wasn't enough for Cross to be added to the match, but it could be because the former Women's Tag Team Champion is set to interfere during the bout instead.
In recent months, Cross hasn't been using the gimmick that made her famous in NXT but this could be brought back at Hell in a Cell if she interferes in the match and Ripley is then able to retain the title via disqualification.
