#2. Shinsuke Nakamura - In a directionless feud heading into Hell in a Cell

Shinsuke Nakamura should be on the Hell in a Cell card, but given the magnitude of his rivalry with King Corbin, it seems unlikely. He's one of the most underutilized stars on the WWE roster and has been since his SmackDown debut two nights after WrestleMania 33.
With that said, Shinsuke Nakamura may not mind being in a directionless feud heading into Hell in a Cell. The peak of his career took place in New Japan Pro Wrestling, which speaks for itself.
For Nakamura, his run in WWE hasn't been about being the top guy. His rivalry with King Corbin on SmackDown has gone on for months now, with the two men exchanging wins. While the feud was entertaining at first, there's little to no substance, especially with the 50/50 booking that took place.
They could have a match at Hell in a Cell, but that would be a filler one or one for the Kickoff show. Either way, a win won't benefit Shinsuke Nakamura in any way.
