The latest SmackDown Tag Team Championship No.1 contender tournament came to an end this week when Rusev Day defeated The Bar to set up a match against The New Day at Hell In A Cell.

If given enough time, this has the potential to be one of the best matches on the card, but it feels like this storyline hasn’t had enough build for Rusev Day to be taken seriously as possible winners of the titles.

There was so much hype around Big E, Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods finally winning the tag titles for the fifth time, so to lose them less than a month later would be very surprising.
