#3 Kevin Owens vs Shane McMahon (Loser Leaves WWE)
This issue began in July when Kevin Owens cut a vicious pipebomb-Esque promo on Shane McMahon, who was constantly taking up too much TV time each week. This spurred some slight change, shining much less of a spotlight on the self-proclaimed Best in the World.
Shane O'Mac faced Owens at SummerSlam, with the latter's career on the line. KO would win, but Shane has made his life a living hell on SmackDown Live culminating when he fired Owens after losing a King of the Ring semi-final match to Chad Gable.
Owens has been presented as a pretty relatable figure, whose vulnerabilities were showcased in recent weeks.
That could change in the coming weeks if the former Universal Champion shows up on SmackDown to torment Shane in a similar way to how Stone Cold Steve Austin made his dad's life a living hell, culminating in a match in which both men's careers are on the line.
This would be a great way to write Shane McMahon off WWE TV. It wouldn't be the first Cell match between the pair, but the roles would be reversed.
