#1 Seth Rollins shouldn't retain the Universal Championship

Seth Rollins has been WWE's poster boy for a number of years now and given the fact that he won the 2019 Royal Rumble and was then able to defeat Brock Lesnar at both WrestleMania and SummerSlam it's highly unlikely that WWE will be willing to allow Bray Wyatt to defeat Rollins in his first Championship match as The Fiend.
This is also The Fiend's first Hell in a Cell match, but given the backing that the character has received over the past few months since The Firefly Fun House first debuted on WWE TV, the WWE Universe are expecting him to emerge from the Hell in a Cell structure as a World Champion.

WWE has booked themselves into a corner here, either Bray Wyatt becomes Champion and Seth Rollins loses his title, or the WWE Universe could boo the end of the show. The fact that the match is inside Hell in a Cell means that there needs to be a clean finish as well, which could be why disqualification has come back into the conversation, either way, this match may not be a straight forward one.
