The Fiend vs. Seth Rollins (c) - Hell in a Cell Match for the Universal Championship

A very unconventional finish to a brutal match

Seth went outside and got a kendo stick right off the bat, hitting The Fiend but to no effect. Wyatt had the momentum early on and hit a big slam. Rollins went into the steel steps and the Fiend got hit with the same steps as Rollins recovered. The Champ got a table out but The Fiend almost put him through it instead.

The Fiend hit the Sister Abigail and got a near fall! Rollins hit a Stomp on the outside on a mallet that he had brought out earlier. Rollins hit two high flying knee strikes, two more stomps and then a third. Rollins then hit the pedigree and one more stomp but Wyatt kicked out at 1!

The barrage of finishers continued from Rollins before he used a ladder and then went for a toolbox from under the ring. He used the ladder and a chair piled up on Wyatt and smashed him with the metal box over and over as the audience booed.

Rollins kept smashing Wyatt with weapons and the referee had to call off the match in fear of The Fiend's health. Officials came in and put him on a stretcher but Wyatt rose up and hit Rollins with the Mandible claw before sending him outside.

Wyatt ripped the mat off the flooring outside the ring and hit the Sister Abigail on Rollins on the concrete! Rollins was bleeding from the mouth and the ring went dark before The Fiend disappeared with his eerie laugh.

Result: DNF

The finish was quite unexpected. The rest of the PPV was uneventful to say the least. Sasha Banks and Becky Lynch stole the night with their performance inside Hell In A Cell.
