Otis is Mr. Money In The Bank but will he walk out of Hell In A Cell with the briefcase?

Back in May, Otis beat six other WWE Superstars to win the Men's Money in the Bank Ladder match. Now, at Hell in a Cell, he's defending the MITB briefcase.

Since winning the MITB briefcase, Otis hinted at cashing it in for a shot at the Universal Championship only once. In the past few weeks, The Miz and John Morrison have berated Otis for not cashing in the briefcase and have said that he needs to do so.

On the most recent eipsode of WWE SmackDown, it was decided that Otis will defend the MITB briefcase against The Miz at Hell in a Cell. The winner of the match will walk out with the briefcase and will be able to challenge a champion of his choosing in the future.
