This family affair will have high stakes inside WWE Hell in a Cell.

The Tribal Chief will be up against his kin, Jey Uso, in a rematch for the Universal Championship. This family affair will take place inside WWE's most unforgiving structure with the added stipulation, making it an "I Quit" match. Reigns was victorious at WWE Clash of Champions in a match that only ended once Jimmy Uso finally threw in the towel on behalf of his brother.

The titleholder has taken his place at the head of the family table but Uso has refused to acknowledge him. Paul Heyman officially coronated Reigns as The Tribal Chief on SmackDown, but Reigns called out Uso to accept his status. The high-flyer declined, but he did agree to share the ring with his cousin once again in the “match with the highest-stakes in WWE history".

The Big Dog later revealed that the bout would also be an "I Quit" match, with serious consequences for the loser. As if the stakes couldn't get any higher, if Jey quits, he must fall in line and take orders from Reigns. If he refuses, The Tribal Chief will exile him and his entire family.

We can only see this going one way and that is Roman humiliating Uso and forcing him to utter the words "I Quit" before letting him leave the cell.
