#4: AJ Styles Vs Samoa Joe
While there is no denying the quality of the in-ring work that was on display in this match, the whole encounter just felt as though it had something missing.
The match, for me, was reminiscent of AJ's clash with Shinsuke Nakamura at WrestleMania 34, in that it felt as though it was building towards something special, and was then cut short before it managed to kick things up a gear.

Styles and Joe know each other incredibly well, and their in-ring work was crisp and fluid, the match just lacked the intensity that it required, especially given how heated the build to the match has been.
The two men will meet once again in Australia next month, but sadly, that feels a little bit like a formality now, as it looks like Joe's chance to become the WWE champion has come and gone.
