Sasha set up some kendo sticks near the steel steps but she ended up going through them. Bayley used the kendo sticks again before taking Banks back to the ring at Hell In A Cell.
Bayley sent Banks into a steel chair set up in the corner but Sasha still kicked out. Bayley got the elbow drop but still no pinfall. Bayley was still in control but Banks sprayed her with a fire extinguisher. Banks went nuts and started demolishing Bayley at ringside, smashing her into the steel cage wall at Hell In A Cell.
Banks hit a frog splash but Bayley had a steel chair to protect herself. Back in the ring, Bayley set up a ladder horizontally on two chairs and knocked Banks into it. Bayley set up Banks on the ladder but missed the dive. Banks hit a Meteora and a Bayley to Belly but the champ kicked out again.
Banks used a steel chair to lock in a Banks Statement and stomped on it to make Bayley tap out at Hell In A Cell!
Result: Sasha Banks def. Bayley to become the new SmackDown Women's Champion
