Orton started climbing to the top of the Hell In A Cell structure and invited Drew up there. Drew joined him up there and Orton took out a metal pipe of some kind. Drew took him down and was showboating when Orton hit back. Randy was trying to climb back down and so was the champ.
Halfway to the bottom, McIntyre was about to fall and Randy pushed him off onto the announce desk, smashing it. Drew was bleeding from the mouth and Orton was stalking him at ringside. They returned back to the ring and Orton took a claymore before Drew went for a second but Randy dodged it!

Randy hit the RKO and picked up the win becoming the new WWE Champion for the 14th time at Hell in a Cell.
