Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa will feud in a Tribal Combat fight for the prestigious Ula Fala on the January 6 edition of WWE RAW on Netflix. The former Big Dog will be at a huge loss if he loses the bout to his cousin because he will no longer be the rightful Tribal Chief.

A WWE legend, however, may show up to help Reigns regain the Ula Fala. That person would be WWE Hall of Famer and Solo's father, Rikishi. The 59-year-old Hall of Famer hasn't been seen in the promotion since 2020 when he came to attend The Undertaker's retirement ceremony at Survivor Series.

Rikishi may return and take out Solo because the self-proclaimed Tribal Chief never earned the Ula Fala, and claimed it when Reigns was on a sabbatical from the company. Solo claims that Roman Reigns didn't deserve the prestigious necklace after he lost the Undisputed WWE Championship to Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 40. However, Solo also lost a singles match to Rhodes at SummerSlam 2020, but he didn't give up the Ula Fala.

Even though Rikishi has backed his son in the recent past, he may not back up his claim for the necklace, which was given to Reigns by his father, Sika, and uncle, Afa Anoa'i, in 2020. While he may have a soft corner for his son, he may still believe in the Samoan tradition and may not be willing to overlook Solo's mistakes.

Rikishi was rumored to return to the Stamford-based promotion before Survivor Series as the Wiseman of Solo's Bloodline 2.0 but that didn't happen. The Hall of Famer, moreover, has been very vocal about the Bloodline storyline. Rikishi has commented on his son Solo and nephew Jacob Fatu also.

Rikishi says the fans are yet to see Jacob Fatu's talent in WWE

The Hall of Famer seems smitten with Jacob Fatu's performance in WWE, so far. And why should he not be? The Samoan Werewolf is inarguably the most impressive debuting superstar in WWE in 2024.

His energy and charisma have overpowered Solo Sikoa and the other Bloodline members. He exhibits a charm similar to what late WWE Superstar Umaga once had. According to Rikishi, the world has yet to see the good stuff from Jacob Fatu.

“For the new generation, we got a lot of our nephews that are in the business that are coming up. For instance, like Jacob Fatu. I’ve always said that this kid here has yet to show his talent to the world, and so with Jacob, until I see Jacob have a full one-on-one match and the world sees him have a full one-on-one match without outside interference, I think the world will understand what I’ve been talking about for the longest [time]. But Jacob has yet to reach his star status as far as being a main event player," Rikishi said on his Off the Top podcast. [H/T - Fightful Select]

There have also been rumors that Jacob Fatu may ditch Solo and turn babyface in case the Bloodline 2.0 leader loses the fight to Roman Reigns. It remains to be seen how WWE chalks out the path of Jacob Fatu in the company henceforth.
