- It was rumored after The Undertaker beat Brock Lesnar at WWE SummerSlam that the two would have their last match at WrestleMania 32. However, WWE decided to push their last match up to next month at WWE’s annual Hell in a Cell pay-per-view.
The two will be battling it out in one of the most dangerous matches in WWE history. Many fans are against the idea of it because of The Undertaker’s health after the last few normal matches with Lesnar. Now we’re seeing them go at it in a very barbaric match-up.
After this rivalry with Undertaker is over, he has to move on to something else or someone else. It was rumored this past week that Lesnar would be taking on The Rock at WrestleMania 32. However, according to the F4Wonline.com, that is not the case. Rock is still rumored to take on Triple H, but Vince has wanted a Brock vs. Rock match at WrestleMania for some time. It was then rumored that Austin would take on Lesnar at Wrestlemania. However, he noted on Twitter on Friday that this was not the case.
Right now, Brock Lesnar’s Wrestlemania opponent is not yet known. There are several rumored names that could take on The Beast Incarnate. Lesnar certainly will be featured on the show, as WWE Chairman Vince McMahon wants to sell out the AT&T Stadium, where the event takes place.
While Brock Lesnar’s opponent will probably be told to us closer to the actual event, there are some who speculate that his opponent could be teased during the program with The Undertaker. This means that if we watch closely, WWE could be dropping a hint on Lesnar’s next major opponent at some point in the next month.
- It was noted on Wrestling Observer Live this week that WWE Spanish announcer Marcelo Rodriguez actually mentioned Sting’s TNA run during the Wrestlemania 31 commentary for his match with Triple H. WWE’s Spanish, German and French announcers regularly have more freedom as they don’t have Vince McMahon directing them through a headset.
- WWE Network currently has the Saturday, October 3rd live special from Madison Square Garden starting at 7:30pm EST. As noted, F4Wonline.com reports that the card is scheduled to air in its entirety, unlike the recent "Beast In The East" special. WWE Network currently has 2 hours and 30 minutes scheduled for the event.
