WWE Hall of Famer, Jim Ross, has been released from the hospital but not before the attending doctors revealed that he was hospitalized due to an “undiagnosed stroke” which he had suffered in the past.
After returning home from a trip to Vegas, the legendary ringside announcer admitted himself to a hospital in Oklahoma on Thursday. Ross wasn’t feeling well and his concerned wife forced him to check into a hospital to be under medical care.
TMZ reported that the doctors ran several tests on the 62-year-old after which they discovered that the actual cause behind his stroke-like symptoms were the medications consumed by Ross for an unrelated medical issue.
The doctors also informed Ross that the tests showed he had suffered a minor undiagnosed stroke in the past.
Ross was released on Saturday evening after the medical staff were confident that they had solved the problem by changing his medication.
Regarding the following matter, Ross said, "I'm not ready to tag out just yet."
