WWE: Kip Up – Daniel Bryan’s journey

Daniel Bryan’s ability to win the fans just by his in-ring talent has often made him ‘the guy’ to put other talents over. Whether it was Ryback or The Shield, Daniel Bryan is considered to be the best worker in the business, who can make anyone look good in the ring. It is now being said that Daniel Bryan is taking over the role of Chris Jericho, who can work good to great matches with anyone. This is not only a nod to his wrestling expertise, but speaks volumes about Daniel Bryan the person. Bryan has been receiving great responses of late, and is rumoured to be in contention for the WWE title within a few months, and is slated to feud next with John Cena.

John Cena, who is currently feuding with Ryback, is slated to retain his title at the Payback PPV this Sunday. That would effectively end his feud with Ryback, and WWE has plans to make Daniel Bryan face John Cena at Money in the Bank PPV later this year. The fact that Daniel Bryan has been the hottest commodity for the WWE this year proves without a doubt that Daniel Bryan needs to get back into the main event scene. It has been almost a year since Daniel Bryan competed for the WWE/World title, and after his long stay in the tag team division, the WWE management has finally planned to give Daniel Bryan his due. Although this hasn’t been confirmed, and the plans can change any second, Daniel Bryan is the most deserving candidate to get into the WWE title picture.

With all said and done, Daniel Bryan has finally regained his lost momentum. From being considered as a guy who can never win ‘the big one’, to realizing his dream and being the top heel of the company to losing the World title in just 18 seconds at WrestleMania, Daniel Bryan has seen it all. With him spending most of the past year in the mid card division, it is about time Bryan has a run with the WWE title. With the recent reception he’s been getting, Daniel Bryan deserves to win the WWE title soon. It might not surprise anyone if WWE manages to kill off his hot run, but as a Bryan Danielson fan, I hope WWE follows through with their plans, and does not make a goat out of the WWE Universe.
