Noted Hall of Famer, Tully Blanchard, injured himself at a Pro Wrestling Syndicate event recently, while doing a run-in, after his daughter Tessa Blanchard’s mixed tag match. Blanchard rolled back the time to hit multiple drop-kicks inside the ring during the run-in and, as a result, suffered a torn tendon in his left bicep.
Having a great feud with the Rockers, Shawn Michaels and Marty Janetty, Tully teamed up with Arn Anderson to win the NWA Tag Team Championship from the Rock n Roll Express in mid-1987. He was inducted into the Hall Of Fame in 2012 as a part of The Four Horsemen.
Commenting on the injury, Tully said, “It hurts to exert the muscle, but I will live.”
