WWE Hall of Famer and legend, Pat Patterson, opened the curtains on his sexuality as he admitted that he is gay on a WWE Reality TV show.
The 73-year-old Canadian revealed his true self in an emotional scene during the season finale of WWE reality show Legends’ House.
“Sitting here tonight, I’m going to say something that I would never want to say publicly,” he said. “But being here with you guys, for once in my life, I’m going to be me now. I survived all this being gay.”
“I gave my life to the business, I don’t regret nothing. For the rest of my life, I want to be happy,” added Patterson.
Patterson is a former professional wrestler who retired from the ring in 2000. He was inducted into WWE’s Hall of Fame in 1996.
He currently serves as a creative consultant for the WWE.
