Triple H has orchestrated several memorable and high-voltage moments for the WWE Universe as the company’s Chief Content Officer. Although The Game doesn’t fail to deliver, there’s a possibility that he could be replaced after WrestleMania 41. Moreover, the man to succeed him as the Head of Creative could be none other than Brian Gewirtz.

The WWE legend and former writer is part of several rumors suggesting he takes over Triple H’s position. These rumors portray that the man who would promote Gewirtz to the position would be none other than The Rock. Notably, the former writer would be functioning as a proxy for The Final Boss, who could retire as a wrestler at WrestleMania 41 and take over the creative direction of the company.

Several influential figures in pro wrestling, including former writer Vince Russo believe that The Rock could use his friendship with Endeavor's CEO, Ari Emanuel, and replace several key figures in WWE in 2025, including Triple H, and put his own friends like Gewirtz in their places.

However, the chances of such a big change happening are very slim. Addressing the matter on the latest episode of his Kliq This podcast, Kevin Nash said that The King of Kings will always be a better choice to lead the creative division compared to The Brahma Bull.

"I was just like (...) that's what makes the difference between good and great: detail. And he's dialing this f***in' in, and I'm saying to myself, Dwayne [Johnson] doesn't have the time for that. (...) It's the Triple H era because (...) people will run through f***ing walls for him. He gets it. And that's the intangible that Brian Gewirtz or Dwayne, they're not going to have," Nash said. Notably, The Final Boss is also busy with his Hollywood projects and other businesses he has set up over the years. On the other hand, The King of Kings has delivered great shows on RAW, SmackDown, and all the premium live events lately.

Triple H is involving himself in the programming as well

While Triple H now oversees the creative division, he has always shown that he doesn’t shy away from getting himself involved in the storylines as well. The Game dropped the latest reminder of this feat by shoving Kevin Owens on the December 14, 2024, edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event.

Notably, The Prizefighter had just lost to Cody Rhodes in a title match for the Undisputed WWE Championship. To vent his frustration, the Canadian superstar hit The American Nightmare with a package piledriver. The illegal move forced medics to take Rhodes out of the arena on a stretcher, while KO continued to stomp him and pose with the Winged Eagle title.

Not liking this, Triple H had shoved Kevin Owens. The Prizefighter also almost threw hands at the WWE CCO but things didn't go out of hand between the two. It would be interesting to see what happens next in the Rhodes-Owens feud and what role The Game plays in it.
