Things Got Serious In India...
Braun Strowman vs Kane
It was great to see Kane make the trip to India and Braun Strowman was happy to see him too because these two got to work on their big match on Raw this week. Both of these guys were very over with the Indian fans and the match received a "this is awesome" chant. In the end, Strowman would win, but it was via DQ when Kane belted him with a steel chair. It was a great buildup but the ending sort of deflated some people. Although everyone in the building was very happy to see both of these monsters tangle in the ring.
Winner: Braun Strowman via DQ
Triple H vs Jinder Mahal
This match was promoted for some time now, therefore, the people in India were more than ready to see it go down. It's very interesting to note that The Singh Brothers came out with Jinder Mahal, not one week after the trio was seemingly dismantled via Khallas from The Modern Day Maharaja to his associates. But that's why WWE is so awesome, right?
This match was kind of tedious with a few rest holds and minimal high spots but the crowd seemed into it the entire time. Just being in the presence of these two chiselled specimens locking horns in the ring was enough to capture anyone's attention.
In the end, Triple H hit a Pedigree but Jinder Mahal kicked out. That was enough to bring the building back to life in a big way. But The Game delivered another Pedigree and walked away as the winner.
Triple H def. Jinder Mahal
After the match was over, Triple H kind of broke kayfabe for a minute when he danced with Jinder Mahal and The Singh Brothers in the ring... then he gave a Singh Brother the Pedigree. Jinder Mahal had a chance to close out the show while speaking to his people in their language of Punjabi where he thanked WWE and Triple H.
