Prior to their encounter at Hell in a Cell, Orton and Rusev locked horns to determine who will be the last man standing. The fans were in support of "The Viper" throughout the match.

"The Bulgarian Brute" and "The Apex Predator" brawled in and out of the ring and delivered what was one of the best matches of the night.

Result: Randy Orton defeated Rusev

#5 AJ Styles(c) vs Tye Dillinger vs Baron Corbin vs and Sami Zayn - Fatal 4-way for the WWE United States Championship match

Before his singles showdown against Baron Corbin at the upcoming pay-per-view of the blue brand, AJ Styles defended his United States Championship in a Fatal 4-way match. All four superstars had an impressive showing in this match.

Result: AJ Styles defeated Baron Corbin, Tye Dillinger and Sami Zayn and retained the WWE United States Championship

Post-match, 'The Phenomenal One' celebrated his victory with a young member of the WWE Universe.

#6 Charlotte Flair, Naomi and Becky Lynch vs Natalya, Lana and Tamina

There were a lot of cheers when Naomi, Lynch and Flair made their way out to the ring. The trio made quick work of their opponents and gained a huge win heading into this Sunday's pay-per-view.

Result: Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch and Naomi defeated Natalya, Lana and Tamina

#7 Jinder Mahal (c) (with The Singh Brothers) vs Shinsuke Nakamura for the WWE Championship

The fans witnessed a preview of one of the main events of Hell in a Cell pay-per-view at this live show. The Singh Brothers made their presence felt whenever Nakamura had an upper hand over the Modern Day Maharaja.

Ultimately, one such distraction allowed Mahal to hit the Khallas on Nakamura and gain the pinfall.

Result: Jinder Mahal defeated Shinsuke Nakamura and retained the WWE Championship
