#7 AJ Styles vs Shinsuke Nakamura vs Jinder Mahal- (WWE Championship Match)

Since winning the WWE Title last Tuesday in Manchester, AJ Styles has already defended the belt in a few marquee matches on this European tour and last night was no different when he shared the ring with “The Artist” and the former champion Jinder Mahal, who was looking for retribution.

Despite defense number four being a success, that wasn’t the importance of #WWEPadova. Entertaining the WWE Universe was, specifically the young man who’s night Nakamura and I surely made when we brought him into the ring for a photo. The triple threat match was great and possibly the best match on the night; both Styles and Nakamura had some great sequences and also have great chemistry with each other inside the ring. However, it was AJ Styles who managed to retain his WWE Title after pinning the “The Maharaja” Jinder Mahal on the night.
