Adam Pearce perhaps has one of the toughest jobs in pro wrestling. As the General Manager of Monday Night RAW, he has a lot to deal with. Whether it's disputes between the superstars, locker room brawls, or wrestlers demanding matches, the list of issues is long and troublesome. But it is this very thing that could lead to him being fired by WWE Chief Content Officer, Triple H.
As mentioned earlier, being the GM of RAW isn't easy. And in the last few months, especially since WrestleMania 40, Adam Pearce's job has been nothing short of hell. While he is doing the best he can, some of the superstars on his brand are far from happy. To the point that it could lead to a riot in the locker room that potentially forces Triple H's hand.
For starters, Adam Pearce struggled to handle the issues between Drew McIntyre and CM Punk. The Scottish Psychopath, in his own words, has been "screwed" time and time again, all under Pearce's watch. Apart from this, the RAW GM has shown that he has no power over some of the biggest stars in the locker room.
First, Bron Breakker terrorized RAW with unsolicited attacks as he demanded an opportunity. And now, he is facing the same problem with Big Bronson Reed. All this put together suggests that Pearce is losing control and this could lead to a revolt.
If Pearce fails to gain control over the locker room in the coming weeks, it wouldn't be a surprise to see him being replaced as RAW General Manager. That said, this is nothing more than speculation. There is no telling what the future holds, let alone if Triple H and WWE will even address this situation.
Adam Pearce has once again slapped Bronson Reed with a fine and suspension
Last night's RAW was yet another example of Adam Pearce losing control. As mentioned earlier, over the last two weeks Pearce has faced problems from Bronson Reed. First, the Australian superstar sidelined Seth Rollins, and last night he attempted to do the same with R-Truth.
A fine didn't seem to be enough of a deterrent for Big Bronson Reed, who ignored Pearce's demands for him to stop. As such, the RAW GM took things a step further. Following his brutal act Reed was seen getting a lecture from Pearce, who not only fined but also suspended the Australian star.
The length of this suspension is yet to be revealed but if Pearce's previous rulings are anything to go by, it will probably be indefinite. Regardless, things continue to go from bad to worse for the 46-year-old.
