In what proved to be one of the rarest happenings in the recent times, the WWE decided to put on a Raw without the flying goat and filled his place with certain guys from Hollywood and the Undertaker.Bryans absence opened the door for the Shield and Wyatt Family to take centre stage while the lights of Randy Orton, Batista and John Cena suffered big time as usual. The stables were right on their game this week and added more intensity to their journey to WrestleMania.Undertaker and Brock Lesnar was also seen face to face after a long time and it some kind of reignited the fire that was burning out. However, there wasnt anything forgettable about the show and the absence of Daniel Bryans energy was there to be seen. Now lets take a look at how the roster managed to keep up with the Superstar Ratings.
#20 Damien Sandow - 3
Check out which wrestler EC3 finds cute RIGHT HERE
Sandow was last year’s Money in the Bank winner and this week he looked like someone who couldn’t even throw a punch. A technically brilliant Sandow being wasted like this is actually a saddening sight and he deserves to get a better push for the talents he possesses.
#19 Sin Cara - 3.5
Sin Cara was the lucky one to accompany Scooby Doo this week and thanks to that he ended up with a win also. Though it wasn’t one of those big wins to brag about, it was a win nevertheless and Sin Cara at least had some live time which in his case is a big thing.
#18 Fandango - 4
The ball room dancer locked horns with one half of the Rhodes Brothers this week in the form of Cody Rhodes but had the same result as last week.
Writers seem to be exposing the factor that Fandango is better off without Summer Rae and her costing him matches is just the start of that angle. A bad week for Fandango capped off with some ankle pain for Summer makes him the least ranked performer this week.
#17 Titus ONeil - 4.5
Titus seemed to be in for a big push after getting a win in Elimination Chamber. But it never took off and he is yet to get a big win after that.
Though his opponents have the quality, a win is looking distant for him and if the writers are to give him a push as they teased it needs to happen very soon.
#16 Rhodes Brother - 4.5
From tag team champions to cheap entertainment, the Rhodes Brothers are currently in the list of wasted talent in WWE.
Instead of making them go back after the title of starting the Brother-Brother feud, the writers are making them compete in boring matches which does nothing to develop their momentum.
#15 Los Matadores - 5
The Los Matadores rarely get their match on Raw and against Rybaxel, no one had their money on the Matadores.
However, thanks to the fury of the hounds of justice, Matadores came home with a surprise win which does nothing to them on the long run. They are still far away from the titles and beating the No.1 contender is not going to put them up there as well.
#14 Rybaxel - 5
The former Paul Heyman guys had nothing to do other than getting beaten up by the Shield this week and the loss against Los Matadores adds salt to the wound.
But they still have a title shot in their hand which they could cash in and that gives some room for relief. Before that they might think about getting some momentum after losing all of its on Monday Night.
#13 Big Show - 6
The WWE continues to push Big Show good and he is certainly looking as a threat once the Battle Royal arrives. But we’ve been there and seen that, making it almost clear that Show wouldn’t have a good time despite this initial fire.
A win against Titus O’Neil keeps his momentum going and it looks certain to continue till WrestleMania as well.
#12 Batista 6
It’s a wise decision from the WWE to keep Batista away from the ring since his body is not suited to working every week in and week out. But the promos that they give to him are something that needs to be improved.
There was nothing new about what happened this week as the Animal looked stale like always. He didn’t have any one to complement him as well making things worse.
#11 Randy Orton - 6
Opening shows with Randy Orton hasn’t always worked well for the writers and the same happened this week also. He seemed to be making the fans boring rather than hating him and wasted an opportunity to make use of Stephanie’s skills.
He didn’t have anything to remember this week also and Orton is in a desperate need of some character change.
#10 Alberto Del Rio - 7
Del Rio was relegated to the intercontinental scene this week and it wasn’t a surprise as he had nothing to do after dropping the title to Cena and ending the feud with Batista.
Being in a match where he had familiar foes helped Del Rio to show case his skills and he now has some kind of momentum heading to the battle royal despite the loss.
#9 Sheamus - 7
Like Del Rio, Sheamus is also someone who looked out of the tank while competing for the no: one contender spot for the Intercontinental title. But his ongoing feud with Christian provided a better stage for the Celtic Warrior.
A loss wasn’t called for, but the fast paced match made look everyone good.
#8 Dolph Ziggler - 7
Just when we thought that the WWE is going to give Ziggler another push, he crashed and burned with a loss on Raw. Having Ziggler win the match and face Big E for the title would’ve made some interesting battle.
He now only has the battle royal to get back into relevance and hopefully he’ll do the same because he deserves so.
#7 Stephanie McMahon and Triple H - 7.5
The Authority did what they do best this week also: give the fans more reasons to hate them.
Stephanie started off the night and looked intense by overshadowing Batista and Orton. She masterfully managed the problem with the mic that Batista had and also gave him a slap which stood out. Triple H on the other hand took shots at Bryan and his fans making sure that they didn’t stop hating him.
#6 The Real Americans - 7.5
The renewed run of Real Americans continued this week thanks to their match with Shield. Zeb Colter’s men made their performance talk and the need of Shield to settle the score added more dimension.
Tag team shot in the pocket also makes sure that their run is set to continue making the impending break down and Cesaro push delayed. Cesaro taking the fall maybe a start of this however, and Real Americans is turning out to be one of the top factions in the company.
#5 John Cena - 7.5
All of the sudden John Cena’s character looked like it took a drastic change this week thanks to the brilliance of Wyatt Family.
The fans were seen developing some kind of positive emotion towards Cena and his match against Luke Harper was one of the high points. What happened after the match made look Cena vulnerable which was a fresh thing for the WWE Universe.
#4 Brock Lesnar - 7.5
Lesnar had the opportunity to play host to the mind games of Taker for the first time after their feud started and it was certainly a life saver for the creative team as well.
He looked vulnerable to Taker and his supernatural phenomenon and despite being dominant over the months, Lesnar finally looked inferior in front of Taker which only adds more to their eventual match at WrestleMania.
#3 The Shield - 8
The Hounds of Justice was out for revenge this week and they did the same in typical Shield style. After costing Rybaxel their match against Los Matadores and taking them out, the trio had an interesting confrontation with Triple H.
Their win against Real Americans was also a great moment and now the Shield knows who their opponent in WrestleMania also.
#2 The Undertaker - 8
It was a typical Undertaker show this week when the Phenom hyped his match against Brock Lesnar with the unexplained tricks. Putting his trade mark casket into the whole thing was a nice touch and Taker should really make more appearance if he is to keep the feud alive.
A possibility of the Casket match now arises and it could well be a great addition to the match to protect Taker’s physical flaws.
#1 Wyatt Family - 8.5
Simply the show stealers this week, Wyatt Family showcased a mixed up kaleidoscope of great in ring talent and microphone skills.
Luke Harper had a great entertaining match with John Cena to begin with and Bray Wyatt pulled off a classic moment when he tied up Cena with the ropes and made him wear the Sheep mask while speaking in his usual style.
