Ever since Roman Reigns and Rusev locked horns with each other, Rusev has been taking a toll. He is still considered to be a great heel on the roster, but then again, if we look back at the segments that WWE had since Rusev losing the title, it was Reigns that got the upper hand.
He took out Rusev with a steel chair firstly, then he took him out after accepting the challenge and last week, Reigns got a win over him alongside Sasha Banks.

Rusev and Reigns will go head to head inside Hell in a Cell soon and not giving Rusev a strong booking could turn out to be a mistake. He needs to get some momentum going before the match happens and this would also be important to shed the superman image of Reigns.
