To kick things off, Sami Zayn was taken out by an unknown assailant earlier in the night. This left just Ricochet, Baron Corbin, Finn Balor, Drew McIntyre, Andrade, Randy Orton, and Ali to make their way to the squared circle for the main event of the evening.

With the tag 'main-event' attached to it, the match delivered 100 percent and had some of the best action of the night from all seven men involved.

There were separate spots where each superstar was teased to win and we saw the WWE Universe get behind almost every superstar whenever they got the chance to climb the ladder.

In the final moments, Ali seemed like the favorite to win, but suddenly, Brock Lesnar's music played and The Beast hit the ring. He tossed Ali from the top, scaled the ladder and retrieved the briefcase to win the match.

This was by far the biggest shocker of the night, as no one expected Lesnar to make an appearance, let alone win the biggest prize the night had to offer.

With the new rule stating that there will be no guaranteed rematch for past champions, it makes total sense that The Beast would take this route to get back in title contention, especially with the Saudi Arabia show on the horizon.
