WWE: Mystery partner revealed for Ambrose and Reigns vs The Wyatt Family match

A promising debut in store

WWE recently teased that a mystery partner can join the side of Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns against the Wyatt Family. Former Wyatt Family member Eric Rowan could have been that mystery member but if rumors were to believed, he will be out of action for 4-6 months.

WWE has again announced that The Wyatt Family will face Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns at Night of Champions, however, there will be a third man at former Shield members’ side.

“Now, with Night of Champions approaching, how will Ambrose and Reigns fare as this ongoing Hatfield and McCoy’s-like conflict continue? Will the former Shield brethren and their third be able to break the aura of invincibility that currently surrounds Braun Strowman? Or will Sister’s Abigal’s black sheep give The Eater of Worlds a definitive edge in this wicked war?”

Also, there are some rumors that WWE accidently revealed the identity of mystery partner on twitter by posting the official poster of the match and the third person is NXT star Baron Corbin. Take a look at the official poster,

Baron Corbin is called out to help Ambrose and Reigns

The tweet was quickly deleted so there is no further information at this point but following Monday Night Raw will be a deciding night for Ambrose and Reigns. Baron Corbin has been in 169 matches according to The Internet Wrestling Database where his record is good. From the developments it seems another NXT recruit is on his way in making a major debut.

It is the best case scenario if that happens as he would get a lot of exposure being involved with the hottest talents on the main roster. It is not sure whether it was a botch by the WWE or a work, but one thing is for sure that we would see an NXT recruit making it to the main roster to join forces with the Ambrose and Reigns.

Braun Strowman has had an impactful debut and by the looks of it Corbin’s debut would overtake it as he looks the past and one thing is for sure that the fans would love every bit of him, at least in the early goings.
