WWE has had a strict Wellness Policy after the nasty scandal of drugs and steroids that happened during the 80s and the 90s. A contracted WWE wrestler has to undergo heavy drug testing for illegal substances. Recently, Adam Rose and Konnor, from the Ascension, were banned for 60 days after using drugs which were classified against the Wellness Policy of the WWE.
Rose took to Twitter after his suspension and posted various tweets pleading innocence and also walked a fine line between blaming the WWE and respecting their decision. Rose since then had posted a letter and a prescription from his doctor pleading that he had done nothing wrong. He recently took down all the tweets regarding this whole fiasco, including the letter and the doctor's prescription.

But soon Rose did a complete u-turn and re-posted the letter from his doctor this week, which said that he was prescribed Adderall for his ADHD. Not only that, he also told a fan that the WWE knew about this for a year before they took an action. He also said that he respects whatever decision WWE takes regarding this whole matter and is only thinking about his family right now.
