Meanwhile, the vast majority of professional wrestling experts believe that Bray Wyatt is likely to receive a character revamp, before making his on-screen return to WWE.
Author’s take
Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt’s supernatural feud truly seems to have broken the shackles of today’s excessively mat work-oriented and storyline-lacking world of professional wrestling. Hardy and Wyatt’s bizarre, otherworldly rivalry has reminded the pro-wrestling community about the significance of storylines and characters in wrestling.
Honestly speaking, the WWE could’ve let the Hardy vs Wyatt feud marinate some more, before finally pulling the trigger with the Ultimate Deletion Match.
Nevertheless, the matchup has been receiving highly positive reviews from both fans & critics alike, and this rivalry as a whole can be considered a success.
