WWE News: Kenny Omega presents Cesaro an interesting offer

A sight we might witness in the near future?

Cesaro is not having the best of times at the WWE right now, recently, he was left out of a promotional poster of the WWE’s tour to Switzerland next year. “The Swiss Superman” expressed his disappointment on Twitter. Here is what he tweeted:

There were several interesting responses regarding Cesaro’s frustration, but the most notable response came from Kenny Omega who tweeted back:

It was more of an offer than a reply. The reference to the T-Shirt is clearly linked to the Bullet Club stable of New Japan Pro Wrestling, which Omega is leading currently. It was earlier reported that Cesaro’s contract was likely to be up soon, this September, but not much has been heard about it since.

Regarding Kenny Omega’s cryptic tweet, several NJPW wrestlers shifted their base to the WWE earlier this year leaving a huge hole in the NJPW roster. The tweet might have been a joke, but the visual of Cesaro in the Bullet Club might be a possibility.

The tweet might have a tinge of bitterness regarding the fact that Vince just swept away several members of the Bullet Club, or it might also be Omega’s way of showing admiration to a tough guy like Cesaro.

Cesaro has been expressing his displeasure, ever since being drafted to Monday Night RAW, where he complained about his draft pick number as well as his pairing with Sheamus. But he has been booked strong recently, considering the fact that he was the last survivor at the Survivor Series tag team elimination match along with Sheamus.

Cesaro has been one of the most underutilised wrestlers in the company right now and has constantly been shuffled between titles ever since his arrival and has not had a major championship win yet. It can be said that he hasn’t achieved the success he deserves, given the potential he has.

Another person who responded to Cesaro’s situation was the GM of Smackdown Live! Daniel Bryan who also confirmed that he had talks with Cesaro and Sami Zayn regarding a brand switch.

The odds of Cesaro leaving the WWE are bleak as of now, but the possibility of him switching brands is quite high.
