Charlotte and Sasha put each other through hell during the 30 minute Iron Man match

Charlotte became a four-time RAW Women’s Champion last night at Roadblock: End of the Line in the first ever female Iron Man match at the PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh. The two women went to war, in what will probably be the last match of the rivalry.

An emotional Charlotte Flair was on RAW Talk after the pay per view. Charlotte spoke about what was she was thinking during the match. Charlotte was on the brink of tears as she recollected her time with Sasha in NXT. This rivalry has gone on to become a momentous achievement for both women. Charlotte said:

“I was just replaying the last four years. She was the first woman I stepped into the ring with in NXT and it's been a battle those last four years. In those last 30 seconds I was going to walk out the woman, because I've told her since day one that I was the best.”

RAW Talk panellist and Hall of Famer Booker T was also full of praise for Charlotte as he pointed out that she had a mild disposition outside the ring, but once the bell rang, she was a vicious competitor.

Talking about her bitter rivalry with Sasha, Charlotte became emotional and praised her rival with tears in her eyes. He mentioned that her goal during the beginning of her career was to be as good as Sasha. Charlotte claimed that she worked hard to become better than Sasha because she did not want to come in second to anyone on the main roster.

Charlotte quickly regained her composure and called the Nature Boy a “has been”, when asked about her father Ric Flair, and hinted that she might just pass his record of 16 World Championships.

Charlotte also tweeted a picture to commemorate the culmination of one of the biggest rivalries of the year.
