WWE surprised everyone by announcing the return of former United States Champion Shelton Benjamin during the first post-draft episode of Smackdown Live and then the fans in the attendance rejoiced even more when they also got to witness the return of ECW veteran Rhyno.
It now appears like these two were not the only ones who have agreed to return to WWE as there are plenty of more former WWE stars who are rumored to make a comeback in the near future.
As reported by cagesideseats.com, the newest addition to the list of possible candidates in line is one-half of the former WWE tag team champions, Curt Hawkins.
It's said that he has already signed a deal with the company and will make his comeback as a member of the SmackDown Live roster. It was confirmed yesterday by WWE that Jinder Mahal will soon be rejoining the Raw roster.
Other rumored names include the likes of Carlito, Tommy Dreamer, Melina, and MVP but these names have neither been confirmed nor denied by any of the sources. The talks are just rumors for now and the truth behind them should get clear in the upcoming weeks.
