What’s the story?
The Bludgeon Brothers have been competing at WWE live events on the promotion’s European tour.
Speaking of which, although they are yet to debut their new theme and finisher on SmackDown Live, fans in attendance for the aforementioned house shows have uploaded footage of their revamped entrance and signature move:
In case you didn’t know…
The WWE has been airing vignettes hyping up the debut of the Bludgeon Brothers aka Luke Harper and Erick Rowan on SmackDown Live.
The former Wyatt Family members were later relegated to the lower tier of the promotional food chain, however, the WWE has now repackaged them; with the duo likely to debut their new avatars on television very soon.
The heart of the matter
Luke Harper and Erick Rowan being reintroduced to the WWE Universe as the Bludgeon Brothers was also highlighted on recent editions of the Fashion Files on SmackDown Live.
Furthermore, the Bludgeon Brothers’ new team-finisher has Harper and Rowan stand on either side of their foe; hoisting the man in an aerial crucifix position before delivering a powerbomb onto the mat.
Besides, the new entrance theme for the former Wyatt Family representatives seems to be a gothic, dark and enigmatical tune.
What’s next?
The Bludgeon Brothers (Harper & Rowan) are all set to debut in their new avatars on SmackDown Live. Fans can expect to see the team making waves in the blue brands Tag Team Division in the days to come.
Author’s take
Luke Harper and Erick Rowan have always been grossly underappreciated in the game.
Both performers are great on the mat, and—believe it or not—cut a great promo as well. Here’s hoping we get to see more of the Bludgeon Brothers on the TV screen come Tuesday nights.
