WWE News: Enzo Amore legally cleared of allegations, future plans revealed

Former WWE Superstar Enzo Amore has taken to social media so as to reveal proof that he’s indeed been legally cleared from the allegations levied on him by Philomena Sheahan.

A tweet sent out by Amore with an image featuring a legal document proving his innocence has, in turn, set the professional wrestling community abuzz regarding Amore being legally-cleared of all charges.

Besides, Amore insinuated that he plans on continuing his work in the entertainment industry in the near future.

In case you didn’t know…

It was in January of this year that Enzo Amore (real name—Eric Arndt) was fired from the WWE, after WWE discovered he’d been hiding the fact that he was embroiled in a legal battle, trying to disprove sexual assault allegations that had been levied at him.

Per his accuser, Philomena Sheahan, she was a victim of sexual assault at the hands of Enzo Amore in October 2017.

The heart of the matter

One ought to note that Enzo Amore had been dealing with the aforementioned legal issue since late-2017, but chose to hide the fact from WWE, which in turn is said to have been a key reason behind his firing from the promotion.

Regardless, after a thorough investigation on part of law enforcement officials, in addition to publicly available information such as online admissions by acquaintances of Amore and Sheahan, the court of law has come to the conclusion that Amore had been wrongly accused by Sheahan.

Furthermore, it’s being emphasized that throughout the investigation, Amore extended his full cooperation to the law, and “unequivocally denied” the accusations hurled at him by Sheahan.

Additionally, the legal document that Amore sent out by way of his official Twitter account also read that Amore is grateful for his fans and followers standing by him throughout the legal dispute.

The document also revealed that Amore “is working diligently toward his next venture in the entertainment industry and looks forward to reconnecting with his fans in a big way in the very near future”.

Fans can expect Enzo Amore to reveal his next venture in the entertainment industry very soon.

As of this writing, it’s unclear whether or not his plans include any ventures in the professional wrestling industry.

Enzo Amore seems to have finally got through what was seemingly a tough phase of his life.

The entire incident and the legal dispute that followed was without a doubt a very sensitive issue, not only for the parties directly involved in it, but also for fans of Amore.
