Legendary former WWE commentator and Hall of Famer Jim Ross, in his recent blog post, discussed WWE’s decision not to include The Undertaker on their traditional tour of the UK and Ireland post WrestleMania and event played down talks of his supposed retirement, reports wrestlinginc.com.
Of the Undertaker situation, Ross wrote: "Undertaker being pulled from the imminent WWE tour of the UK and Ireland is troubling. I hope that Taker is healthy as he can be considering his tenure and his 'bump card' likely getting full. I still don't think that WWE would likely endorse Taker's retirement without a major marketing effort to celebrate The Deadman's amazing career in WWE."
The Deadman was scheduled to appear on SmackDown at the O2 Arena in London and a WWE: Live WrestleMania Revenge tour event in Newcastle before reports emerged that he was removed from them. WWE later confirmed that he would perform at just the two events.
WWE announced that 14-time world champion Triple H would replace The Undertaker in the North East, where he will have a showdown with Dean Ambrose in singles bout.
Undertaker will however be a no show for live events in Brussels, Paris, and Malaga, which begs the question of whether he would retire after his infamous Hell In a Cell match against Shane McMahon at WrestleMania 32.
