WWE News: Kelly Kelly addresses her cancelled WWE storyline

What's the story?

Former WWE Divas Champion Kelly Kelly made a recent appearance on Ring The Belle and opened up on a myriad of topics.

Among various other talking points in the interview, Kelly finally shed light upon her cancelled storyline with Kharma aka Awesome Kong in the WWE.

In case you didn't know...

Kelly Kelly -- whose real name is Barbie Blank -- performed for the WWE from 2006 until her departure from the promotion in 2012.

Kelly would eventually go on to make sporadic appearances in the WWE, with one of her recent performances coming at WWE's Evolution PPV last year.

The heart of the matter

Perhaps one of the most talked-about feuds pertaining to Kelly Kelly's WWE career, came when Kharma (best-known as Awesome Kong), would noticeably attack other female Superstars while playing mind games with Kelly.

Kelly explained that while the aforementioned feud was in its nascent stages before its cancellation, it would've been really nice to have engaged in a rivalry with Kharma. Kelly stated --

"I just remember every week, we would have this segment. She would pick girls apart, and it's always me left there. And her just giving me the eye and never really did anything. (She was) Just kind of messing with me."

"I didn't really know what the point was. I didn't understand. It was like a big secret. Obviously, we didn't get to do anything with it and she had to leave.
